Our modern office is located at 421 Georgia Ave., Bogalusa, LA 70427. To serve our patients in Washington Parish and neighboring areas, we provide dedicated appointment hours Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and on Fridays from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at our Bogalusa location.
